• All products in our store are eligible for exchange and return under the terms and conditions on this page.
• Items can be returned or exchanged if they are in the same original condition as when purchased and in their original packaging.
• Exchange and return requests are approved within 3 business days.
• Once a request is approved, our courier will reach you within 3–5 business days.
• To request an exchange or return, please send a WhatsApp message to the number shown on your shipping label, or reach us through our Contact page.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or does not work as agreed, please send us a photo of it along with your city, address and order number, and we will replace it with another product.
• You will receive a full refund if the product you received is completely different from its description on our product page.
• We are not responsible for any expectations of product use that are not mentioned on the product page.
